Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift voucher may not be redeemable at all Spicers properties; please refer to description on e-certificate or gift card.

Bookings are essential. Gift voucher is subject to availability and booking conditions may apply. When making a booking please quote gift voucher number.

Gift voucher is subject to standard property cancellation policies.

Please note that lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
